Thing 03b - progress!

03b. Squat 350 lbs

Current Progress: 315 lbs

I was feeling strong today so my trainer decided to do an impromptu assessment. I ended up squatting 315 lbs - and I did four reps! I may have stalked around the gym afterward saying I AM THE GOD OF THUNDER.

The calculator says my one-rep max is now 350, but I'm not counting this as done until I actually do it.
